8 - We hope that you are enthusiastic about the game of football and coaching our team. We expect hustle, optimism and confidence in your capacity as coach. If you're not excited about the game and practice, how can we be?

7 - We hope you to be proactive about keeping us hydrated and healthy and take care of us with compassion and properly when we are injured.

(6) We hope that you let us know when we have done something good. It's ok to point out when I did something wrong, but I look to you as excited about something that I right as you when I do something wrong.

(5) We want your best. We do not want allow you for us to go through a practice on auto-pilot, we want you to keep us accountable before this perfect rep, that perfect technique that will help me become a better player. Once you stop paying attention to me, I know that you have dropped on me.

(4) We want a well planned and well organized with little or no standing autour practice. We need structure, you must be the one in charge. We want to be involved and committed. We hope that you all, and not only the best players of the coach. We know when you are not ready and we know when you do not know how to manage a group of boys.

(3) We hope that treat you players fairly and fair - we hope that you would just automatically place your own sons to the Quarterback and Running Back. It's ok if they earn it, but your children should be treated like everyone else.

(2) We want to be able you trust and want to be able to have confidence that you have my interests at heart, that if I follow your instructions, I will improve. We are waiting for you to care. We hope that you will know our name and care about us individually as both player and as a person.

(1) Expect us that you can do no harm to keep us away from the football game. We hope that you overwrite our spirit and our interest in the game. Conversely, we want that you inspire a love and appreciation for football and our team in all of us.
