Biography
When it comes to John Riggins, everyone knew what to expect. He was played by its own rules. He ran hard, and he leads his own path. It was as much appears in the functions of the team trellis army as it would in a tuxedo. However, when it was time to play football, it was a no nonsense running back with the force and speed have been surpassed only by her determination and hardness.

In the Super Bowl against the Miami Dolphins, the Redskins relies on Riggins strongly. His biggest play came in the 4th quarter. Losing 17-3 and face in the fourth and one, Riggins took the transfer, rushing to his left and ran 43 yards to the end of the area. Behind a record 38 166 yards of John Riggins carries the Washington Redskins won the Super Bowl 27-17.
The following season at the age of 34, refined John Riggins had his best year as a pro. At the time, that he is retiring, he was ranked fourth on the all time rushing list. It is a career that nobody could predict. Person who did not understand the will and the determination of John Riggins, that is.
